- 창립 150주년을 맞은 MIT는 여러 학술 행사를 기획하고 있다.
그중에서도 학교 전체 차원에서 공지한 6대 심포지엄에 BCS(뇌인지과학과) 중심으로 기획된

[두뇌, 마음, 기계](BMM) 심포지엄이 있다

이 심포지엄에서는 1950년대 말에 이루어진 [인지과학]의 탄생 이래의
인지과학의 주요 주제들을 점검, 논의하고 미래를 조망하게될 것이다.
